My name is Kate (The Monday Coach) - welcome!

I am a qualified Integrative Health & Life Coach, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, with a BSc in Health & Performance Science and an MSc in Business Management.

From 1-to-1 health and life coaching to Pilates classes and wellness workshops, I help people who are tired of quick fixes and short-lived health hacks to feel stronger, clearer, and more confident in body and mind, for the long term.

    Feeling lost, unmotivated or anxious? Or maybe you have a decision to make? It’s time to get your thoughts in order, understand yourself a whole lot more, and set goals towards creating the life you always dreamed of.

  • Pilates

    Build strength, mobility and flexibility, as well as body awareness through Pilates. I work with clients through group and private classes, either online or in-person.
